CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
We hate to charge for missed sessions, but must in order for our business to thrive. Please review the policies below and make sure to reschedule your sessions with enough notice to avoid any penalties.
PRIVATES & DUETS POLICY
Private and duet sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
GROUP CLASS POLICY
Group classes must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 72 hour notice. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a membership, please email us with at least two weeks' notice.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you're running late for a private or duet session, please let us know as soon as possible so we can hold your spot.
If we don't hear from you, we'll try to reach out. After 15 minutes with no contact, the session will be marked as a no-show and the full session fee will be charged.
If you do give us a heads up, we'll wait. However, your session will end at the originally scheduled time, so you'll have a shorter session once you arrive.
For group classes, you're welcome to join up to 5 minutes after the start time. After that, entry is at the instructor's discretion. Depending on where we are in the programming, it may not be safe to jump in. In that case, you will be marked as a no-show and charged the full session fee. We hate turning clients away, but your safety is our number one priority.
REFUNDS
As a small business, we are not able to offer refunds at this time.
