CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY

We hate to charge for missed sessions, but must in order for our business to thrive. Please review the policies below and make sure to reschedule your sessions with enough notice to avoid any penalties.

PRIVATES & DUETS POLICY

Private and duet sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours notice. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.

GROUP CLASS POLICY

Group classes must be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 72 hour notice. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a membership, please email us with at least two weeks' notice.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Clients that are more than 10 minutes late will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full session fee.

REFUNDS

As a small business, we are not able to offer refunds at this time.
