
We hate to charge for missed sessions, but we must in order to support our incredible team and allow our small business to thrive. Please review the policies below and make sure to reschedule your sessions with enough notice to avoid any penalties.
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY
For our drop-in clients and those with packages, we uphold a strict 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for all session types.

Clients with memberships enjoy a 30 hour cancellation window for added flexibility and convenience - one of our many member perks!

Clients that late cancel are charged the full session fee, but no additional penalty.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged the full session rate plus a $15 no-show fee. A “no-show” is defined as failing to notify the studio of your absence at least 2 hours before the scheduled session.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
All of our memberships require an initial commitment of 4 months. After that, we require 30 days notice in order to cancel or downgrade a membership subscription.
Memberships can be upgraded any time, though the upgrade will take effect at the next billing cycle.

Members that wish to pay for their membership fees with a gift card must notify the studio at least a week before the automatic payment is scheduled.
REFUNDS
As a small business, we are not able to offer refunds at this time.
