OWNER & LEAD INSTRUCTOR
Founded by Nati Oron, an esteemed Oakland-based personal trainer and certified Pilates instructor, The Oasis offers a safe haven for wellness seekers looking for a space to heal and strengthen.

Nati's approach, backed by certifications in Balanced Body Pilates and NASM Personal Training, rejects toxic fitness norms and is rooted in the principles of functional fitness. She helps clients reclaim their fitness journey, and feel stronger and more capable in their body.
