Cheyenne discovered Pilates while searching for a fun and sustainable way to stay active after years of playing soccer. Having struggled with chronic back and hip pain from minor scoliosis and muscle imbalances, she was amazed at how a consistent Pilates practice not only relieved her discomfort but also transformed the way she moved and felt in her body.

 

Cheyenne is passionate about creating an enjoyable and empowering experience in private and group sessions. Her teaching style is customized, dynamic, and efficient—designed to enhance your mind-body connection, improve alignment and mobility, and unlock the many benefits of Pilates and mindful movement.

Valerie Loo is the creator of Loo Movement, a new movement modality that draws from yoga, Pilates, Qigong, and physical therapy. She works with clients in the Prehab stage, using her physical therapy skills to help active people get ahead of injuries and to help graduates of conventional physical therapy get stronger.

She focuses on the basics with an emphasis on cues for proper alignment, so that you’ll finish feeling grounded, taller, and lighter.

Nicole is wellness-based physical therapist who specializes in orthopedic injuries and surgeries.

 

Her approach to physical therapy combines manual therapy, exercise, and education to empower patients to feel confident and capable in their own bodies.

 

Outside of patient care, Nicole enjoys yoga, weightlifting, traveling, and relaxing on the beach.
